This is the home of the Deloitte Virtual Team Challenge. This year's program is a real-time, multi-user business simulation that is played over the course of several weeks by high school students throughout North America.

In the coming weeks, teams from around North America will be registering for the Virtual Team Challenge in conjunction with participating high schools.

As a participant in the Virtual Team Challenge, you will roll up your sleeves and face business tasks and challenges that simulate the real-world experiences of professional services employees like the people with careers at Deloitte.

The stakes are high and the competition is fierce. Your team's reputation and prizes will be on the line when we launch the latest and most engaging Virtual Team Challenge yet!

How to Get Involved:

  • Step 1: Register your school at our Registration Page
  • Step 2: Enter your students' names and assign them roles and teams for the game
  • Step 3: Verify that your computer is supported using our Compatibility Tool. Click here to see a list of requirements for participation.
  • Step 4: Download the Game and install it on your school's computers.
  • Step 5: Play through the tutorial between now and February 18, 2014.
  • Step 6: Launch the game on February 18, 2014. Play at your own pace and finish all 3 tasks by April 8, 2014.

VTC Named Laureate in 2011 Computerworld Honors Program

 "Virtual Team Challenge" joins programs from 23 countries as Laureates in this year's Computerworld Honors program - chosen from more than 1,000 nominations. All were reviewed for their benefit to society and the results of the technology applied. Each Laureate case study will be inducted into the program's International Archives online, available to researchers, students and scholars through digital records housed in national archives in over 350 universities, museums and research institutions. They will also be featured online at www.cwhonors.org.
