Overview

The Deloitte Virtual Team Challenge is a FREE online, multiplayer business simulation and national competition where your students will learn key skills they can apply in their future careers. They'll roll up their sleeves and face business tasks and challenges that simulate the real-world experiences of professional services employees like the people with careers at Deloitte.

The Deloitte Virtual Team Challenge comes complete with lesson plans and in-class exercises which form a fun curriculum that helps you meet your teaching and learning standards by focusing on:

This simulation takes place in the animated 3D world of New City after an oil spill on the New City River. The student teams' business objective is to help the mayor stage the most efficient oil spill recovery effort. Top-performing teams are eligible for prizes for themselves, their teachers, and local charities!

VTC Named Laureate in Computerworld Honors Program

"Virtual Team Challenge" joins programs from 23 countries as Laureates in the Computerworld Honors program - chosen from more than 1,000 nominations. All were reviewed for their benefit to society and the results of the technology applied. Each Laureate case study will be inducted into the program's International Archives online, available to researchers, students and scholars through digital records housed in national archives in over 350 universities, museums and research institutions. They will also be featured online at www.cwhonors.org.
